Unlike the showers of love mentioned yesterday, rain showers need festive umbrellas!

I have a firm no-black-umbrella policy. If it’s already raining, the world doesn’t need more grey, does it? Here are some happier suggestions:

Polka Dots: This yellow polka dot umbrella has the reverse coloring on the underside. / The gold polka dot umbrella is see-through.

Stripes: Green and blue stripes with a curved handle – perfection. / I love that the stripes on this black-and-white umbrella alternate directions.

Whimsy: The see-through birdcage umbrella is completely fantastic. / Young Helena would have loved the poodle umbrella if for no other reason than to constantly make puns about it “raining cats and dogs.”
