Odie and Nibbler do not always get along.
In fact, Odie can be a bit of a jerk to Nibbler. He’s younger, so he always wants to play chase. She never wants to play chase.
It’s become a bit of a game to get the two of them to coexist peacefully in one space. Whenever I manage to do so, I yell out to Will, “I WIN AT CATS!” and make him take a picture.

I can often get Odie in my lap and Nibbler to snuggle up next to us (once she’s assured that Odie is interested in naps, not attacks).

I have the best luck getting them to snuggle up in bed or on the couch. My cats love naps and bad TV.

I grew up with cats who were litter-mates and inherently loved and trusted one another. Mickey and Minnie would play together and sleep in little cuddle-puddles. It was as cute as it sounds.
Odie and Nibbler have been roommates for almost two years and have yet to become besties. I feel like the Cat Whisperer when I get these two to play nice. Hence the need for photographic evidence whenever it occurs.
